This slide set includes diagrams showing the geometry of Mercury's orbit, elongations, spin orbit coupling and precession of perihelion. Mercury's basic physical properties are summarized in a single slide. Other slides show magnetic field, internal structure and radio image. Additional slides show geologic processes such as thrust faulting, and seismic wave focussing. The remaining slides show surface features as photographed by Mariner 10. A study guide is included.
